How do I update or edit my listing's information?
It's great to hear that you’d like to update your listing details! Managing changes is easy and can be done directly from your account, either on the Holidu website or via the Holidu - Host app.
What You Can Update on Your Own | |
Pricing | Seasons & pricing: Edit your nightly and weekend prices, including minimum stay requirements, check-in/check-out days, and availability. |
Guest Discounts: Set up discounts to offer your guests. | |
Additional Charges: Update cleaning fees, tourism fees, security deposits, and extra guest charges per night. | |
General Information | Property Details: Change your property type, the number of guests it can accommodate as per your license. |
Check-in & Check-out Times: Customize your property’s check-in and check-out hours. These are the times when you guarantee someone will be present or a lockbox will be available to welcome guests, free of charge | |
Advance Notice: The minimum amount of time in advance that guests must book their stay at your property. You can choose from available options, ranging from 'Same day by 3 p.m.' to 'Up to 3 days before' check-in. | |
Amenities | Edit services: Add or update the amenities at your property, such as WiFi, pool, bed linens, towels, pet access, and appliances. Please note that for an amenity to be marked as available, it must be offered at all times and at no additional cost. If this is not the case, you may only mention it in the description |
Sleeping Arrangements | Bedrooms: Modify the number of bedrooms and beds available. When configuring bedrooms, please always consider the relevant local regulations (e.g. requirements for an enclosed room, the presence of a window, and a defined minimum area). |
Arrival Information | Check-in Details: Update who’s responsible for check-in. Be sure to notify any guests with existing bookings about these changes. |
Cancellation Policies | Set or Modify Cancellation Policies: You can adjust your cancellation policy for new bookings. Just keep in mind that any changes will only apply to future reservations, not to bookings that have already been made. |
Collaborators | Add a Collaborator: You can add someone to help you manage your listing by giving them access to your account. |
iCal & Calendar Sync | Sync Your Calendar: If your property is listed on another booking platform, you should sync your calendars to prevent double bookings. |
Contact Information | Update Contact Details: If you change your contact information, and it matches the details of the person handling check-in, don’t forget to update the “Guest Arrival Information” section as well. Let any guests with existing reservations know about the change. |

When you update any service or detail on your listing, please, make sure the description reflects these changes. To do so, please contact our support team to help update your listing description to match your new settings. It’s important to ensure your listing stays up-to-date!

Categories which can only be updated with the help of our Holidu team | |
Description: | If you would like to modify your description, you can contact us via the contact form through your Holidu account. Under the section More - Contact, you will find the contact form in which you can specify the modifications you wish to make. Make sure to include the ID number of the property whose description you wish to edit. |
Location & Address: | If you need to change the location or address of your property, please contact us through the contact form in your Holidu account, found under the 'More' section > 'Contacts.' Be sure to include your property ID number and a brief description of your request. |
Photos: | To modify your photos (including the main picture, adding/removing photos, or ordering a new photoshoot), please, get in touch with our photo team at photography@holidu.com. Keep in mind to include your property ID and the changes you’d like to request. |
