How can I edit the address?

If you need to change the location of your property, please reach out to us through our contact form below.

Be sure to include the following:

• The full address of the property as it is registered.
• A link from Google Maps with the exact location of your property.
• A screenshot of the pin in the map of your property.
• A utility bill showing the exact address of the property (electricity bill, internet bill, etc).

Address changes are not made immediately, and it could take up to a week to update it in all the platforms where we distribute your listing.

Please note that property configuration (address, description, amenities, etc) is the owner's sole responsibility and therefore must be reviewed before publishing. Once your property is published, we apply a grace period of 48 hours to inform us of any inconsistencies. If you do not report any changes within this timeframe, a wrong configuration that affects confirmed bookings might be subjected to compensation claims from guests, according to legal provisions.
