1. Contact us via the contact form through your Holidu account. Under the section More - Contact.
2. Include the ID number of your property or the full name of the property as it appears in Holidu.
3. Let us know the specific change you’d like to make to your property description.

Our team will review your request and update the description for you. Please note, this service is available on weekdays only.

• Keep it Relevant: Feel free to request updates anytime if there’s new or important information you want to add or correct in the description.

Important Notes About Booking.com:

Please note that Booking.com does not allow currency amounts or symbols in the property description. If any price-related info is detected, it will be automatically removed from the description. This is why we cannot include specific pricing or supplementary fees in the description. This policy applies to all platforms, and we cannot have separate descriptions just for Booking.com.
