Connect your Holidu account with the local authority

Holidu’s online check-in feature makes it easier for you to register your guests with the local authorities automatically. After your guests fill out their online check-in form, their details are sent directly to the relevant authority – no manual input is required! This speeds up the process for both you and your guests.

To Get Started, Make Sure You Have:

1. Access to the online check-in feature in your Holidu account settings.
2. A registered account with the local authority where your property is located. For example, if your property is in Spain, you’ll need an account with SES.Hospedajes.

How to Create an Account with the Local Authority:

Here’s how you can register with the local authorities in your area. Please visit the website that corresponds to your property’s location and follow the instructions to create an account:

What to Do After Creating Your Account with the Local Authority:

Once you have your credentials and property access details from the local authority, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Holidu account: Log in for hosts .
2. Click on More in the upper right corner.
3. Click on Account section and click on the Configure button present in the “Online guest registration” section: you will see here your list of properties.
4. Click on the Configure button next to the property that you want to connect to the police or authority.
5. Fill out the form and click on Activate automatic sending to police.
6. Select the authority/police you want to connect your property to, add your credentials and click on Activate.
7. Once activated, click on Save changes at the end of the form.
8. You’ll receive an email confirming whether the connection was successful. Please note, it may take a few hours for the process to complete.
