You can modify your contact details by signing in to your account and following a few simple steps.

How to update your contact details

To modify your email address, preferred language, or telephone number:

1. Go to the top right corner of “My Account” and click “More.”
2. Click on “Account.”

From here, you’ll be able to make the following changes:

• Email Address – Scroll down to “Email” and click “Edit” on the right side to enter your new email address.
• Preferred Language – Scroll down to “Language” and click “Edit” on the right side to select your preferred language.
• Telephone Number – Scroll down to “Billing Information” and click “Edit” to update your telephone number.

Remember to click “Save” to confirm your changes.

Making sure your contact information is up-to-date is essential, especially if you are the main contact for check-ins. This ensures that guests can reach the right person and have a seamless arrival experience. If your contact details have changed, you should also update the guest check-in details accordingly. Here’s how:

How to update the Guest Arrival information

1. In your home page, select the “My Property” or “Properties” tab on the upper left side. Then select the property you want to edit, if needed.
2. Scroll down to “Arrival Information.”
3. Click “Edit” and enter the new contact details of the person in charge of guest check-ins (name, phone number and email address).
4. Click “Save” once you have updated the relevant information.
