Discover Madrid from our lovely apartment. This stylish apartment is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home. The location is in the city center, only 3-4 minutes walk to the metro station, walk to the most of the popular tourist attractions within 20 minutes. Amount of popular bars and restaurants are nearby to the property. Fantastic location for discovering the city and exploring the local culture.
As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a double bed.
There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 12am. Due to the check in is in person, we don’t accept the check in after midnight 0:00. The check in time is 10:00pm-12:00pm, the guest needs to pay our check in staff 25 euros in cash. The check in before 10:00pm is for free. - Smoking is not allowed.
- There are parking area available in front of the building. And you can pay on parking facilities by yourself.
- Pets are not allowed at the property. The party is not allowed in the property. The smoking is not allowed in the property.
