Casa del Pescador, 4-bed vacation home in Vieste The apartment Casa del Pescador is a three-room vacation home on the second floor of a building located in the characteristic historic center of Vieste. The house consists of 2 bedrooms one double and one twin, living room with open kitchen and dining room, 1 full shower room renovated in 2020, plus 2 balconies. Air conditioning is located in the living area. The surroundings of Casa del Pescador in Vieste Simple and cozy, the vacation apartment Casa del Pescador is located in the historic center of Vieste, among the most beautiful tourist resorts in Puglia on the Gargano. The house is a short walk from the beach of Marina Piccola and less than 1 km walk from the beaches of San Lorenzo and Pizzomunno.

All services are within easy reach. The house is located in a pedestrian area, in a ZTL from 8 pm to 7 am. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).

An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.

Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 35 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.

If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).

If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Z.T.L. area from 8pm to 7am it is not possible to circulate or park the car in the neighborhood where the apartment is located ( Z.T.L. area valid from 01/06 to 15/09). - Air conditioning in the living area.
