Step inside our overly spacious one bedroom home, featuring an open kitchen, one bathroom, a large hallway with mirror dressing + balcony overlooking the city center.

Our home has been designed for both long term stays as well as short. Here’s an overview of the home:

- Retractable TV for comfortable viewing both from the couch or the dining table.
- Balcony access for enjoying your morning coffee outside.
- AC unit covering the entire living area.

- Comfortable Queen size bed with memory foam mattress.
- 43 inch TV for your viewing pleasure including Netflix access.
- Bathroom access.
- AC unit covering the entire room.

- Large walk in shower for a comfortable experience.
- Blow dryer and a full range of toiletries offered.

• Hallway

- Large dressing space with front mirrors, big enough to fit your entire family’s belongings for a lenghty stay.
- Shoe rack & outdoor clothes hanging area.

• Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features a video doorbell outside of the apartment.

• We require that each reservation contains the correct number of guests, either staying for the entire length of the stay or part of it. Penalties may apply otherwise.

• We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space.

• We kindly ask that you inform us in advance regarding the use of the extendable couch.

• If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.

• Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID.

Guests have full access of the space during their stay. Depending on the circumstances (e.g. emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbours), there may be times where our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable. Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance.

Our home is located right in the heart of the city, close to University Square Station. Within a 5-minute radius are over 100 restaurants, clubs and pubs, plus many shops. Walk in nearby Cismigiu Park, one of the city's most beautiful open spaces. Very close to the apartment, at University Square, you will find a multitude of ways of transportation. Bus, Taxi, Bike Rentals and more. More important, you will find that everything is very close, parks, museums & lots of amazing restaurants.
