The 120 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This villa offers a private pool, garden, open terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a covered terrace. Public transport links are located within walking distance. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has step-free access and interior. Beach/pool towels are provided. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
