This 24m² studio for 2 people, located on the 1st floor, has a bright living room with a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and all the facilities you need for your comfort.

There is also a fully-equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, etc.) and a modern shower room with WC. A range of equipment completes the package (Wi-Fi, television, fan, Bluetooth speaker, etc.). The highlight of this flat is its large 12m² terrace, facing the sea and offering an exceptional view of the islands, as well as the kitesurfing, windsurfing and wingfoil spots! All you have to do is cross the road to find yourself on the beach, swimming, sunbathing, taking advantage of the many water-based activities or just relaxing with your feet in the water.
