Das 4.000 qm große, zum Teil felsige Grundstück der Villa Cala Fortuna grenzt direkt an die Steilküste des Meeresnaturparks Infreschi. Es ist mit Jahrhunderte alten Olivenbäumen, Palmen und Macchia Mediterranea bewachsen: Süditalien pur!
Das großzügige Ferienhaus der Familie Amodio besteht aus der Casa Principale ("Haupthaus") und zwei seitlichen Einliegerwohnungen. Die Einrichtung der Villa Cala Fortuna ist im geschmackvollen Landhausstil mit zum Teil antikem Mobiliar gehalten.

IHR FERIENHAUS MIT STIL IN SÜDITALIEN
ERDGESCHOSS - Die separate Küche "in muratura" (gemauert) der Casa Principale schmücken handgefertigte Wandkacheln.
Das Herzstück der Villa ist das ca. 80 qm große Wohn-/Esszimmer. In dessen Mitte unterteilt der stilvolle, offene Kamin den Raum in Wohn- und Essbereich. Von beiden Bereichen haben Sie Zugang zur überdachten Terrasse und zum Garten. Inmitten von Palmen lassen sich hier wunderbare Urlaubstage mit Blick auf die imposante Steilküste verbringen. Im gesamten Außenbereich der Villa steht Ihnen Außenmobiliar zur Verfügung.

1. ETAGE - Traditionelle Öfen aus fiorentinischem Terrakotta zieren die beiden geräumigen Doppelschlafzimmer (eines davon mit französischem Bett), die jeweils über ein eigenes Bad verfügen. Im größeren der beiden Schlafzimmer ist Platz für ein Zustellbett. Von beiden Zimmern haben Sie Zugang zur über 150 qm großen, dreiseitigen Dachterrasse, von der sich ein wunderbarer Blick zum Meer bietet.

EINLIEGERWOHNUNG – Die beiden Einliegerwohnungen sind vom Wohn-/Esszimmer zugänglich, haben jedoch jeweils einen separaten Außeneingang.
Die rechte, zusätzlich mietbare Einliegerwohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett; zwei Einzelbetten) und ein Bad.
Die zurückhaltenden Eigentümer, die sich um die Schlüsselübergabe und die Pflege des Gartens kümmern, nutzen von Zeit zu Zeit die linke Einliegerwohnung.
Ihren PKW können Sie auf dem Grundstück parken.

DEN CILENTO ERLEBEN – DIREKT VON IHREM FERIENHAUS AUS
Direkt vom Ferienhaus aus können Sie die Küste entlang zum nahe gelegenen Lentiscelle Strand (900 m) laufen oder zu den Badebuchten Cala Fortuna und Porto Infreschi wandern. Diese sind nur per Boot oder zu Fuß erreichbar (gelb-blaue Markierung) und gehören seit vielen Jahren zu den schönsten Stränden Italiens.

Der Ortskern von Marina di Camerota und die nächsten Geschäfte sind ca. 2 km von der Villa entfernt. Hier finden Sie Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkte, die auch ganzjährig geöffnet sind.

The 4,000 m², partly rocky property Family Amodio’s Villa Cala Fortuna is located on stretches right up to the steep coast of marine nature park Infreschi. Planted with centuries-old olive trees, with palm trees and Mediterranean macchia, it is pure southern Italy.
The spacious holiday home on Marina di Camerota’s Monte di Luna includes the Casa Principale ("main house") and one of the two small lateral apartments. Furnishing of Villa Cala Fortuna, with partly antique pieces of furniture, is tasteful country house style.

SOUTHERN ITALIAN HOLIDAY HOME WITH STYLE
GROUND FLOOR - The separate kitchen "in muratura" (incl. oven, gas stove, fridge-freezer), which is adorned with handcrafted wall tiles, and the ca. 80 m² living-dining room, which is the heart of the villa, are found on the ground floor. A tasteful fireplace kind of 'separates' the living and dining areas, both of which open onto the roofed terrace and the garden.

1st FLOOR - Traditional Florentine terracotta ovens adorn the 2 spacious bedrooms (double bed; queen-size bed) on the 1st floor. Each bedroom has got an en suite bathroom (shower/WC/bidet) and offers access of the 150 m² roof terrace, from where you have got a great view of the sea. An extra bed can be put up in the larger bedroom.

In the outdoor area of Villa Cala Fortuna, be it on the roof terrace, the roofed ground-floor terrace or in the garden, where you can unwind amidst palm trees with a view of the impressive steep coast, you find sufficient outdoor furniture to relax on. A grill and an outdoor shower are also at your disposal.

Furnishing of Villa Cala Fortuna includes: washing machine, WiFi, fly screens, hair dryer. A children’s bed and highchair can be provided. Parking is available on the premises.

ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION UNIT – The two 'extra' apartments are accessible from the living-dining room, but each has got a separate entrance from the outside.
The unit to the right with 2 bedrooms (double bed; twin beds) and a bathroom (shower/ WC/bidet) can be rented in addition to the main house.
The apartment to the left is used, every now and then, by the owners, who take care of the garden and of handing over the keys to the holiday guests.

EXPLORING THE CILENTO
From the holiday home, you can walk along a coastal path passing by the premises to nearby sandy Lentiscelle beach (900 m) or start on a hiking tour to the bathing bays of Cala Fortuna and Porto Infreschi. The latter are accessible only by boat or on foot (yellow-blue markers) and, for many years now, they have been among Italy’s most beautiful beaches.

The nearest shops and the center of Marina di Camerota are about 2 km from Villa Cala Fortuna. In the center, there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets which are open year round.
