The space

The 80m2 apartment is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT a lift. To access the apartment you need to take the stairs.

- LIVING ROOM 1 with sitting area and dining table with chairs

- LIVING ROOM 2 passage, equipped with a sofa

- KITCHEN CORNER with gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, moka coffee maker, oven,kitchen utensils;

-BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet, toilet.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.
