Entrance via the 1st level onto A mezzanine with 1 sofa bed for 2 people (140x190). converted into a relaxation area.

Shower room, wc.
Access to level -1 : Living room with fireplace/insert. Open kitchen with dining area.

Shower room adjoining the bedroom. Separate WC with hand basin.
Terrace. Walled garden.
Pets accepted if small and clean.
Including charges. On request: bed linen/toilet rental (10 euros/pers.). Tourist tax extra and cleaning fee. Beautiful independent house on the western heights of Nice. The furnishings are tasteful and the terrace is very pleasant for enjoying your meals with a panoramic view of the hills and the sea as far as Cap d'Antibes. You benefit from beautiful enclosed grounds carefully maintained by the owner. The immediate proximity of Nice as well as the Var valley towards the Mercantour National Park, makes the location of this gîte an additional advantage for booking a stay with family or friends.
