We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming apartment T2 bis Duplex with sight sea, vis-a-vis the beach, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a mezzanine with a night corner, a shower room and a terrace to enjoy the view and the sea air. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day space :
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- Separate toilet
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee maker...
Night space:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a TV.
- A bathroom with shower.
- A sleeping area on the mezzanine landing with two single beds (80×200).
Outside :
- A balcony of 2m50×1m50, facing south with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the sea view.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment within a tourist district in front of the sea. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Thalasso or golf ? Swimming or cycling ? Restaurant or barbecue ? Discovery or relaxation? All possibilities are at your disposal. At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its large beach await you. You can enjoy active vacations or the gentle way of life of a seaside resort of the Breton Riviera, which has obtained the much coveted classification of "tourist resort".
17 km from Quimper, City of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls. The neighboring towns, within a radius of 25 km, evoke a very rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled city, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the first French fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters.
At the end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the west winds and the big swells of the sea.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private box of the apartment located in the private courtyard that can accommodate a large SUV.

- Nearest train station: Quimper train station located about 23 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Quimper airport located about 20 minutes away by car.

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
