Comfortable 50 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 2 people located on the first floor of a building without a lift. The property is located in La Serra di Lerici about 10 minutes by car from the beach and about 5 from the center. Nearby you can find shops, bars and restaurants and the wonderful Eco del Mare beach. The apartment consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony overlooking the gulf. There are car parks nearby.
The apartment is organized as follows
-LIVING ROOM with sofa
-Kitchen with gas hob, dining table, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine with pods.
- BEDROOM with double bed, TV, desk, chest of drawers, access to the balcony.
- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet, toilet.
- BALCONY with table with two chairs, sea view.
OTHER SERVICES: wifi illimitato, independent heating, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Lerici is a seaside resort and one of the most developed centers of the Riviera di Levante, very rich in tourist services. It is an ideal destination for a dream beach holiday, thanks to the incredible quantity and variety of beaches and coves that follow one another along its coast, all bathed by the clear and transparent blue sea of Liguria. One of the attractions is the magnificent Castle of San Giorgio, home to the Geopaleontological Museum, which dominates the city from the top of a promontory east of the marina. Among the most beautiful beaches are Venere Azzurra, Eco del mare, San Terenzo.
- From Pisa airport it is possible to reach the apartment in 1 hour by car or in 2 hours and 30 by public transport.
- From the La Spezia station it is possible to reach the apartment in 50 minutes by public transport or in 25 minutes by car.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Upon check-in, we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.
