One of the bedrooms and the bathroom have separate entrances outside the rest of the house. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, an electric refrigerator (170 l refrigerator, 42 l freezer) and a gas stove with two burners. There is also a bed for two people in the kitchen. Hot water for showering in the bathroom is provided by a gas boiler. A solar outdoor shower is also available. Towels and bed linen are prepared and fresh ones are made available after each week of stay, while beach towels are not offered. The terrace in the natural shade, with a view of the sea, is furnished. The built barbecue is located in the yard. Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with the purchase of a prepaid SIM card at a price of around 10 EUR for 7 days of flat rate internet. Guests need to insert this SIM card into one of their devices, which will then act as a hotspot. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, if it is to be used for drinking, it is necessary to boil it beforehand.
