House for 4-5 persons: approx. 100 m2, spread over two levels.
On the ground floor are two double bedrooms – each with ensuite bathroom with shower, and an open-plan kitchen including a dining/living area and a small fireplace.
Stairs lead up to the loft, which is equipped with a sofa bed (sleeps 1).
The house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.
Furthermore, there is a cozy, covered terrace on the ground floor – the perfect place to enjoy al fresco dinners accompanied by romantic candle light.
An additional covered terrace including barbecue facilities has been installed recently. Further details: WiFi free of charge.
The roof terrace is accessible from outside only and is not suitable for small children.
At surcharge of 100 euro per week, you can also make use of the heated whirlpool with different massage jets.
Please advise us with booking or contact your host one day prior to arrival if you desire to use the whirlpool, so we can make sure that everything is prepared for you in time. This modernly designed and comfortably furnished vacation villa is located in the hamlet of “Regi”, only a few hundred metres away from the center of the lovely seaside town of Medulin. The detached villa accommodates up to five people and is ideal for all those who desire to have a private spot to relax and unwind, while amenities for tourists, beaches, restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance. Villa Emili is just right for a pleasant vacation, not only due to its favourable location close to Medulin. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden including lawns and an olive grove with gorgeous trees that provide shade on warm summer days. A private swimming pool (3,6 x 7 m) with sun loungers and a large sea-view sun terrace on the roof of the house make it all perfect. The pool is heated, which ensures a very agreeable water temperature of approx. 26 degrees Celsius.

Preis Leistung bei diesem Haus sind top. Nicht weit vom Strand und unzähligen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wenn ich etwas auf sehr hohem Niveau nörgeln darf dann würde ich die Überdachung der Terrasse bemängeln. Da es bei unseren Aufenthalt auch mal geregnet hat, konnten wir die Terrasse nicht nutzen, da es an der wetterfesten Überdachung fehlt. Das war sehr schade.
