Holiday complex consisting of three holiday houses in a bungalow style and a Finnish chalet
This is a little holiday complex surrounded by meadows and forests, in Rabenstein near Chemnitz.
The individual holiday houses are individually designed. The double beds in all the houses measure 180 x 200cm.
There is a grill area with seating. There is also a little swimming pond for dogs and there is a pool with a lawn (550m²) and sun loungers, for shared use. The complex is completely fenced. There are parking spaces in front of each house.
A relaxing holiday is ensured by the very quiet location right by the forest. The town centre and various shopping centres are within 15 minutes by car, due to the convenient transport connections. The reservoir lake (with a separate nudist area) for swimming, boating and a climbing forest are about 1000 metres away, along very pleasant forest paths. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Many places of interest are nearby. It is about 45 minutes by car to Dresden, about 65 minutes to Leipzig. There is a little travel guide in the accommodation with important telephone numbers and addresses, details of shops, restaurants and sights.
This is a holiday house completely renovated in 2012/2013, in a very quiet location, near a reservoir lake in the recreational area of Oberrabenstein in Chemnitz. The guesthouse of around 47m² is on a 400m² fenced site with a private parking space.
It has a living room with modern furnishing, including a leather corner sofa that can be converted into a bed, and a 42“ Plasma TV with a satellite receiver, a stereo system, a DVD player for entertainment, and a games console on request for children. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a four-ring hob with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom with a WC and shower has a modern design. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe with ample storage space.
The entrance area has a light dining corner for meals together, with a view over the wooden terrace which has garden furniture, as well as a grill. All the essentials are available for your four-legged friend, from a dog bowl to a dog basket and toys.
