You can enjoy a panoramic view of Vienna and the sunset over the Wienerwald. You can use the parking garage at Gasometer for a fee.
The apartment is modern and fully-equipped and provides holiday-makers and business travellers with everything needed for a beautiful and unforgettable stay in Vienna. It provides more than 115m² of space with three bedrooms and can accommodate three to five people. The entrance has a cloakroom area, shoe cupboards and a big cupboard with a mirror. The big living room provides a sofa that can be converted easily into a bed, along with a TV, DVD player, stereo system, radio, CD player and wireless Internet access. Books, games and some children’s toys are available. It also has an open kitchen-diner with a comfortable dining space for six people and all the basics (plates, pots, cutlery, glasses etc.) along with a complete set of appliances including a ceramic induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, table grill, espresso coffee machine and toaster. The bedroom provides a double bed and a wardrobe. The children’s bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom comprises a washbasin, bath, hairdryer, washing machine, bath towels and hand towels. There is a separate WC with a washbasin.
There are excellent public transport connections: the underground (U3 station Gasometer) in front of the house, with connections in just seven minutes to Stephansplatz, Kärntnerstrasse, and ten minutes to Mariahilferstrasse. There are also good connections to the main road arteries in Vienna, such as the A23 or the A4 in the direction of Hungary and Vienna airport. You can also enjoy the amenities of the Gasometer City Mall in the very same building (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, newsagent, cafés, restaurant, bank, post office, cinema, parking garage).
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and that pets are also not allowed. Bed linen and hand towels are provided. Weekly cleaning with a laundry service is included in the rental price, or more frequently on request. A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are provided. The owner can also provide a highchair free of charge on request.
